I'm ready to go! How's this work? What do I do?
Just follow these 10 easy steps:
- Come up with a budget estimate for your dental work – Consult the price guide first. There you'll find a list of the most common procedures, a price range and an approximate number of visits required. Make a budget of both time and money. If you have some special need that isn't covered, contact us via the Contact Us page and we'll try to get an answer for you as soon as possible.
- Schedule your time – Check the "Latest News" section of the home page for the date of the next tour. Will this fit your plans?
- Pick a plan – Consult the Packages page and pick the plan that's right for you.
- Reserve your spot on the tour – Contact us via the Contact Us page. We'll contact you, collect your 25% deposit, put your name on the list and discuss airfare.
- Book your flight with THAI Airways – You can do this yourself or we can assist you. We'll give you the flight information and you can select which class of travel you prefer.
- Book your Travel Interruption/Medical Complication Insurance – Again, you can do that yourself via the link below, or we can assist you. But you must have it. You'll need the cost estimate you prepared in Step 1, and the cost of your airfare from Step 5.
- Pay the balance – At 30 days prior to departure we'll collect the remainder of the balance due. See the Terms & Conditions page for more details.
- Gather your things – Check the FAQ page for a list of items you may need. But it bears repeating: You MUST have a valid US passport with an expiration date at least six months after your departure date.
- Meet the group – Meet at Los Angeles International Airport, Tom Bradley Terminal, 2.5 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
- Get on the airplane – Next stop, Thailand!
