For questions, we'll respond as quickly as possible, usually no later than the next day.
If you're ready to book, you'll receive an e-mail with a PDF file. This file will contain a simple contract. Please review it, sign it and either fax it to the number contained in the e-mail, or scan it and e-mail it back to us. At that point you'll receive an e-mail with a link to a secure web site where you can make your tour deposit. You'll be invoiced again, for the remainder, 30 days prior to departure.
In either case, you'll also receive a phone number you can use during normal business hours to contact us.
Your e-mail address and other personal information will never be sold or otherwise distributed. It will only be used to contact you concerning your trip, and to follow up with you after you return home. |
